What if I can't attend the live workshop?

No problem at all. The workshop will be recorded, and you’ll get lifetime access to the replay so you can watch (or rewatch) whenever it works for you.

How difficult are the recipes? Do I have to cook everything from scratch?

Definitely not! This course is designed to work with your real life. Whether you love to cook or prefer shortcuts (like pre-chopped veggies or rotisserie chicken), you’ll learn how to build a meal plan that fits your style. In fact, favorite family recipes will be shared within the group, so you'll not only be gleaning easy, delicious recipe ideas from me, but from other busy moms. 

Will this work if I'm cooking for a family?

Yes. The system is flexible whether you’re cooking for yourself, a partner, or a whole family. You’ll learn how to pick recipes that can scale up or down and how to build variety so everyone at the table is happy.

Is this a meal delivery service or meal kit?

No—this is an educational course that teaches you to create your own 28-day meal plan, so you never have to rely on a delivery service again. You’ll have total control over the recipes, budget, and ingredients.

Do you provide recipes?

Yes! I'll definitely be sharing recipes with the group. But also, this will be a very interactive course. You'll be building your menus with the support of a group. Participants will share recipes and meal plans as they're building them, so we can all gain inspiration from each other. This process is about building a plan you actually want to eat. 

How much time will I need each week?

The live workshop is about 60 minutes. After that, plan on another hour total to complete the exercises, swap ideas in the group, and finalize your plan. 

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The Meal Map process is fully customizable. Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or have other needs, you’ll learn how to choose and organize recipes that fit your preferences.

Hi, I’m Erin, a Registered Dietitian specializing in helping midlife women finally feel confidence & ease with the way they eat.


Most of the women I work with aren’t short on motivation—they’re short on tools that make eating well feel sustainable.


Maybe you’ve found yourself stuck in that cycle of “on and off the wagon,” where healthy eating either feels too restrictive to stick with or so repetitive that you lose interest.
